How do lead credits work?
Lead credits are used to purchase leads from our marketplace. Each lead costs 1 credit. When you purchase a subscription, you receive a monthly allocation of credits. Unused credits roll over to the next month up to your plan limit.
How do I get paid?
Payments are processed through our secure system. Once a project is marked complete by both parties, funds are released to your account within 2-3 business days. You can then withdraw to your bank account or PayPal.
Can I change my subscription plan?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately with a prorated charge. Downgrades apply at the start of your next billing cycle. Visit the Subscription page to make changes.
How do I verify my business?
Visit the Verification center to submit your business documents. You'll need to provide a valid business license, insurance certificate, and government ID. The verification process typically takes 1-3 business days.
What is the lead marketplace?
The Lead Marketplace connects you with homeowners and businesses actively seeking services. Browse available leads, purchase credits, and contact potential clients directly. You only pay for leads you choose to pursue.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription from the Subscription page. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. We'd hate to see you go - contact support if there's anything we can do to help!
